We promote our products according to the process from outlook design--PCBA support--molding open--plastic injection--SMT to DIP--welding--painting--silkscreen--polishing--assembling--packing--shipping at our factory with 25,500 square-meter workshop. This allows us to accept OEM/ODM orders and ensure on-time delivery for all customers.
RD & facility machine support
There more than 500 skillful employees in Longxin now, including 18% experienced staff in management and technical supporting. Our imported machines include 4 sets of CNC numerical control devices, 50 sets of injection molding machines from 80T to 600T, 4 painting lines, 5 silkscreen lines, 4 YAMAHA PCB SMT lines, 2 PCB DIP lines, 3 professional inspection lines (includes 1 set high-low temperature testing machine, 1 set static testing machine, 1 set LCR), 4 assembling lines and 2 packing lines.
QC procedure and certification
We are strictly performing our QC procedure (CIQC-IPQC-FQC-OQ) step-to-step according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. We have 25 professional QC staff, and we also applying for CE and FCC certifications now.
